About 10 minutes ago i thought to myself,"im going to have me a cigar" somewhat in celebration of getting a job, well i pick out the:

Romeo y Julieta reserva maduro
4 1/4"x 42 ring(about)

I cut it, pre light draw was plugged. It tased like rasins wich is what made me give it a chance. So i lit it, boy that was a mistake, it tasted like i was sucking on rock salt. Absolutely disgusting after 2 puffs i threw the damn thing away. I dont know if it was just 1 bad cigar but that thing was horrible.

So after the foul taste is gone I will be lighting up the Guapo I just bought today because I need something to ease the pain haha

Someone tell me this is just one bad seed bacause my view of RyJ lately has been that there complete crap.

RyJ's are typically very good sticks. I had one last night sitting in the bar at the Westin in Vegas and it was very very nice. Don't let one bad apple spoil the whole bunch!!

Try the Havana reserve. It has a Brown label. If I had to choose a domestic ryj, that would be the one. I have never had the black one and probably never will. Also, I do believe you when you say it was crap, but I would give a smoke more than a few puffs before you dub it shite. I have had some gross stars that have turned out to be wonderful smokes. Just my opinion and I don't want you to miss out on any gooduns.
