If any of you should find yourselves in Portsmouth, hitting this place up is a must. The downstairs lounge is fantastic and the service is downright remarkable. Nice speakeasy vibe and excellent ventilation.

I think my favorite probably has to be Excalibur out in San Diego, but Federal isn’t far behind. It may actually be a tie. Excalibur has a much larger selection of stogies and spirits, but Federal has a much cooler feel and better service.
