  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Well, I sparked up a churchill sized one of these babies the other night. Got it from a noob sample a few months ago.

First off, let me say that I'm probably not going to be able to do the review justice. I'm just not good at deciphering flavors throughout the different sections of the cigar, but anyway....

I found this to be a very very enjoyable cigar. I've been smoking mostly mild to medium cigars, but this one seemed to be more medium to full bodied. Great flavor throughout. Even burn at least through the 1st 3/4 of the cigar. Produced a good volume of smoke.

Not sure how to explain the flavor. Definitely seemed full with a good amount of spice. I have been avoiding cigars described as spicy, but this flavor was really really good. Once the cigar got going it had something that I can only explain as a tangy flavor. Hadn't experienced that in any other cigar to date. If anyone else has smoked these as well as a cuban, is this twang at all similar to that commonly associated with ISOMs?

I did start to have problems with keeping it lit in the last 1/4. Eventually I gave up as I didn't have a whole lot more time to devote to the cigar anyway.

Loved this cigar, and I'm definitely going to pick up some more of these, especially since I'm pretty sure this is a sub $3 smoke..... Well worth it in my opinion!

Anyone smoked a Fire Maduro?

Hoped this was at least a bit interesting!
