  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

with forever stems being in limbo right now it makes the question even harder to answer I assume...
but, looking on the walker briar work website, they only had mini churchwarden stems.

I have a Missouri Meerschaum, plus another pipe that accepts the exact same tenon size, and I was looking at getting two or three lucite stems for them. And try to convert them to churchwardens.

Are there good, not overly expansive, lucite churchwarden stem replacements for MM pipes anywhere that we know of?

I put the black 8" churchwarden stem on my MM bent egg and it is pretty huge.

I'm in the same boat. The Cobbit series MM churchwardens have a very flimsy stem. I've already broke one. I'll be watching this thread closely, as I've been looking myself.

I think the best option is to wait until the new owners of the Forever Stem brand get their production up and running. No sense in spending time and money on chasing crappy wannabe Forever Stems.
