Forum looks weird

not sure what's going on. Forum looks fine on my pc, but looks like this on my phone. Also, there is just a pic of a dog in the top left of each page. Any ideas? I'm using an iPhone with chrome as my browser.

If you're using a web browser then I have no idea. I use the app tapatalk. And works fine for me.

Got it to work again. Reinstalled chrome. Not sure what happened.
