Just found out that my B&M (Habana Port) will refill your butane lighter for free. I was asking for butane to purchase, the manager asked if I had my lighter with me, and refilled it and said they offer that so anytime I need a refill just bring it in. I know that is a small thing, but it does make you feel good!

BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Shops usually do this as a courtesy. I just have to ask to have mine refilled of course if I'm there for a smoke. Other than that I stop in and pick up some cans of butane for home.
Good stuff though that another shop also does this too!

I thought it was top notch, that his focus was more on customer service (FREE) than making a sale. Let me know that he is focused on making a lifetime customer more than a possible one time sale! Next time I am there I will remember to add the butane to my sale rather than an after thought.
