free Pipe Tobacco 4 review

I have come up with 3 more blends I would like to have tested. I need a few volunteers to test and give me an honest response.
All tobacco was grown and processed by me in Iola except for the latakia as I cannot figure out how to recreate this
1 Latakia, golden leaf orinico, madole, burley, perique (homemade) has a great Smokey flavor
2 Vanilla, oriental, burley - first attempts at an aromatic
3 Virginia DA, fire cured Virginia, perique

All 3 are samples are shredded, pressed, and are aging as we speak

Just curious, how long was the entire process from harvesting to smokable tobacco?

I'm still rather new, and still have issues keeping my pipe lit, but if you want my opinion I'm volunteer.

Sounds good I have 10 samplers ready and I will get them out when I have collected all the addresses. Still need a few more volunteers.

as far how long does the process take. The perique took 7 months to ferment. Time for color cure the leaves takes 2 To 6 weeks. Fermenting the leaf takes 4 to 6 weeks in the kiln. I smoked some leaf for 45 days in my smoke house and interned out great. Blending, pressing, and aging takes a little time also. Growing the tobacco takes a few months but is the easiest part of the equasion. I have a grow blog called 2014 tobacco garden here BOTL if you want to see more of last years grow

So the whole thing is grown at your place? It seems a rather intricate process, but making your own blend must be interesting and rewarding...

Everything was grown and processed here at my house except for the latakia which I bought. It takes time that is for sure, and some of the tobacco I grow is almost impossible to find to blend with.
