  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Fuente Anjeo 888 accompanied by some Ron Zacapa rum. I've had this stick since Sept 14.

Quick review...
Dark, toothy and oily appearance.
Coffee bean aromas from the body.
Flavors are exotic for a Fuente. A little spicy at the front of the tongue with a deep but light sweetness. Similar to a dark chocolate minus the bitter. There's a heavy floral note on the retrohale and combining the mouth smoke with the retrohale makes for a a spicy citrus experience. Think tangerine with paprika.

Just to add....
I should note that that citrus went away pretty quick and this cigar went more the bitter chocolate, cedar route with a fair amount of pepper. Still outside the norm for a non Opus Fuente.

... and she ends with the feeling of a mule kick to the side of the head.
