Go-Pro camera

Have any of you used Go-Pro Camera? Checking them out on Amazon and found some much less expensive, I suspect you get what you pay for! But I am curious if any of you have tried any of the other brands. Any information is appreciated.

I guess I should say that I am interested in filming motorcycle riding, with an on board camera. I have a DSLR that does video but I think it only does 10 minute segments before having to be restarted.

Look up reviews for “cheap action cams” on YouTube. They review $50-100 knock offs that are just as good and sold on amazon. Some are actually great.

But with GoPro you’re paying for the name more than anything. Kinda like buying Fuentes.

The one thing that is nice with GoPros is the app. It lets you run the camera and view what the camera is seeing from your smartphone.
