The artical failed to mention that the holder and a guest will also be invited to Playboy's Midsummer's Night Party, which is one of the most exclusive parties in Los Angele's and the guests are picked by Hef himself. Guests are among the elite in film, music and TV.
The "Golden Ticket" contest was apparantly the idea of Playboy Morning Radio Show host Kevin Klien as was originaly rejected years ago by Hef because "he was not ready to pass the torch." But with help from Hef's son (and heir apparnet to the Playboy empire), the idea was re-visited recently and approved.
This all comes from the PMRS this morning when the contest was officialy announced. Yes, I listen to the show on Sirius.
As far as the selling of the mansion goes in the artical, it wouldn't be the first time that the PB Mansion was sold. The original was in Chicago until HH moved the company to Los Angeles.
