  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

My birthday is right around the corner, so I treated myself some goodies. I bought a Xikar hygrometer for a small humidor my friend gave me, and a drymistat humidifier tube. From what I've read, it's a hassle free way to keep the humidity in check. I'm going to calibrate the Xikar before I head out tonight..picked up a CAO OSA Sol.

Hopefully the salt method works, I just took it out of the bag, it read 74, not too shabby

IMO you should calibrate that xikar with a boveda pack or calibration kit... I'm not sure what method you were ginna use but the salt method can be sloppy..
