I generally catch myself reading the customer reviews/fan mail on cigars on the online store sites (CI, Famous, etc...). I like the fact that Famous posts all customer reviews, good or bad. I can't remember ever reading a negative review on CI. I realize it is business, but a little bit of a view from both sides goes a long way in my book.
