  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Had one of these last night. Really interesting smoke. Not a typical flavor profile for an AJ Fernandez cigar. Milder than most, but performs well. Very smooth and cedary. Photos and full review at the blog.

Great review, Ive always been interested in the turbo but it has received far more negative reviews than positive it seems. A friend tried smoking one and he put it down after about 15 minutes due to draw and construction issues.

I picked up two 5 packs of these on a super sale. Glad I did, because I would have been less than happy if I had paid retail.

You about nailed it for me too. Nothing really exciting, an overall ok smoke with some decent flavors...but a little light for me.

I had no draw issues...in the 3 or so I smoked.

Nice review, this is currently one of my favorite cigars.
Occasionally the wrapper will split which is annoying, but I havent had any other issues with these.

Doc, thanks for the review and pic's and for sharing your smoking experience.

The Express and Double Express have always been my two favorite Graycliff cigars.

Tried one of these for the first time this afternoon and mostly concur with doc's review. This was a very easy smoking, mild-medium strength cigar with a smooth + flavorful profile. Where we differ is that I didn't have any draw issues and really didn't notice much of a pepper bite at all. One flavor I did find on the finish, especially during the first half, was that of fresh bread. Very unusual.

I wish they made these in a smaller size though. A 6x60 is far from my preferred vitola.
