  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

So I broke down & bought myself a Palio cutter with some of my tax refund. I got it from Cigar Solutions. Their site said that I would get a free metal cigar stand with my cutter purchase. Well when I got my cutter in the mail today there was no stand. So I call Cigar Solutions customer service number to inquire about it. Ron answered & was very nice & professional about it. He told me that it was just a mistake & to pm him my addy & he would take care of it for me. I was blown away by the level of customer service that these guys have. :computer:
Ron I want you to know you have a customer for life. And if anyone here is wondering about a vendor...take it from me go with Cigar Solutions. They are top notch down to the smallest details. Thanks again Ron, it was a pleasure talking to you. :youarethe
Oh, & I cut my Noella tonight with my new Palio. You guys were right, this thing rocks. I won't be trading in my Xikar MTX, but it's nice to have options.:thumbsup:

Me too Andrew. I love my MTX but I had to pull the trigger on the Palio. It was a great deal. The free stand is what sold me on it.

So I got in my metal cigar stand today. And when I dump out the envelope not one but two metal cigar stands fall out! Above & beyond Ron, thank you! The extra one will go to the old guy at my b&m that has had his eye on mine.
