Gurkha Black Puro

FAIL! I smoked the toro which had been lying in my humidor for around two years now. A very boring one dimensional smoke with some spice I could help but feel how bad this stick is as I smoked it.. not unsmokable but not pleasurable either. I kept thinking this stick is extremely coarse or raw but given the fact that it had been gifted to me and had been lying around in my humi for almost 2 years I can't imagine it getting better with age. Age will probably make this stick blad and even more boring if that's possible. I'm not sure who gave me this stick and honestly if it was one of you guys I'm very sorry but this just doesn't fit my palatte.

Anyone else smoked these? and have something better to say about them?

You hit this on the head. FAIL! I have had this cigar, some time ago. One of the many reasons I don't smoke Gurkhas.

The only Ghurka I ever enjoyed was the legend. Besides that, I feel the same way about all of them that I've had.

I have only smoked a couple of Gurkha's and for the life of me, I cannot see how they are priced the way they are.
