This was part of a sampler I purchased and it rested for 77 days @ 65%. This is not the prettiest cigar. The maduro wrapper was slightly toothy with some visible veins. Apart from that is was pretty well constructed. The pre-light aroma was a typical tobacco aroma with a very slight sweet note and the pre-light flavor was the same with the pre-light draw being very loose. The foot toasted easily and took flame very well and the burn line remained even till around the 2nd half when it started to canoe slightly requiring a slight touch up. The post-light draw was very smooth and easy producing a good amount of smoke. Flavor wise the dark color of this stick might lead one to believe it was going to be a flavor bomb and strong and it was neither. The flavor was pleasant with a very mild coffee flavor with some earthiness but no real complexity. No real changes in flavor throughout the transitions. This could be a decent yardgar except perhaps for it’s 7.25 inch length. This is not one I would purchase again.
