ΜΟΛΩΝ ΛΑΒ&
A couple of nights I was at the bar and the guy sitting next to me was looking worried. The bartender, seeing the sick look on his face, asked what was the matter.
The guy told him that he had been late home from the bar one too many times and this one would probably bring on WWIII.
"No worries, mate" he says, "here's what ye do... go home and before the little woman wakes up fully, jump under the covers and start eating box for all your worth. Problem solved." The guy decided to give it a go, paid his tab and left.
This was about midnight, and just before last call the same guy walks back into the bar and orders a double scotch; he was pretty pale.
"You're back!" said the bartender, "how did it go?"
"Well," says this guy, "I got home, tip-toed into the bedroom and did just as you suggested. I figured from the noise she was making that I was doing things right, and when everything quieted back down, I went into the kitchen for some water. My wife joined me there and I gave her a sly wink and a smile and asked her "How'd I do?"
"Shhhh!!" she said, "your Mom's asleep in our bed!"
