Okay...WHEW!!!!
Whirlwind last two days!
Got in yesterday and went to work! (okay, more like play!)
Spent Saturday in Ybor as planned, then ran around town today (yeah, Sunday!) checking out all the other places.
Found a spot that had been recommended by a friend that turned out to be the highlight of the day - easily the highlight of my trip - a little place called The Cigar Castle - good googily moogily. I walked in, drooled all over myself, picked up a Sencillo, sat down at the bar and lost track of 3 hours.
On the way back, I had to make a special mission for Larry to Cigar City Brewery in order to recover a "Christmas Wish" for him.:headroll:
Can't say much for the Hotel here...Room is great, location isn't. :squinteye If I was any further from Tampa, I'd be in St Petersburg. :argue:
Alright all you locals, speak up as to where else I need to go for the rest of this week when I'm done in the classroom!
