Good review. Is this the E.P. Carrillo Edicion Inaugural 2009? If so, it was a good cigar. I was amazed that I would enjoy this one, more full bodied profile for me. D

Well after overhearing JFire the other day I'm going to give it another try, hopefully the wrapper won't come apart on me this time.

T, I had one while at the Leaf on Thursday. First one that the wrap didn't unravel. The band could actually move around. Finally! That was the one thing that was ruining this cigar.

I have had 2 now, as that is all I have, wish I had more. This is probably one of the best cigars I had smoked in a long while. It is really complex, with so many different nuances, that most people are not picking up on. It seems people are expecting some power bomb. I think the power comes from all the subtleties that people miss. I have not had an issues with either one's wrapper having an issue. Wish I could be smoking one right now, instead of what I'm smoking.

Yep, you nailed it...

I LOVE these sticks, one of the best NC mild+ cigars I have had in a long time, but they are NOT power bombs, they are VERY subtle...

I love 'em. I'd call it med - mild, probably just because I get so much flavor out of them.
