To be honest I never watched the original show. I heard after season 1 it turned to shite anyway. But for some reason I started watching the remake.
Anybody else watching it?
Anybody else completely confused?

I have been watching. I think the confusion will go away as the season goes on and the story unfolds. I like it so far.

My wife is about to give up, but it looks like next week will clear some stuff up. I am holding on still.

I am enjoying it so far but it is a slow starter but if you haven't seen the original series you are playing at a disadvantage. I am a little wary of the show though since the original series tanked by seasons 3/4 - if it goes downhill I'll pull the plug rather than suffer through.
