I'm trying to hook up with an old college bud from 1969-1973. I know he lives on the Island but cannot find him in our alma mater's directory. I know this is a long shot, but, his name is Jim Mareno (I believe that is the spelling from what I can remember from my burnout days). If anybody can find this name in the phone book, what the hell, I'll give it a shot.

hehe.... im sorry, but im thinking even with a name like Mareno (not smith, or johnson) theres probably like a hundred in the phone book!!!

Mareno is an unusual last name and usually one of hispanic descent. There's a J Marano that lives in Oakdale, NY found via http://www.anywho.com
