Hahaha, well yes that's very true. I remember a few batches without temp control and some stressed yeast. No bueno.

However in brewing you don't have to make good beer to sell beer. You just have to get hipster internet reviewers to go bonkers over exclusivity and next thing you know you have a parking lot full of people willing to stand in line and over pay for brew....:dunno:

This is so true that it isn't even funny. Due to "brewers code" I don't bash them myself but there is quite a bit of that going on around here. Ratebeer is a complete joke though and all the hipsters rating beers make my skin crawl... This video sums it up:
