How long do orders on the BOTL STORE take

Hi,
how long does it take before orders on the BOTL take usually before the are processed?

I could be expecting too much, but I placed my order on Oct 28 and still not processed... Is that normal?

you might want to give them a call, more than likely for some reason the system didn't push it through. happended to me once give ron a call he'll take care of it.

BTW I also searched for a number to call on the store and on the order confirmation email, but couldn't find any... Anywho for what it's worth, I oopsed so sorry
