  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Whoa, whoa, let's not bring unsafe things like alcohol into this. I prefer the following risk-free method:

1. Wait until car is 2000 miles over.

2. Obtain supplies from auto parts store of choice.

3. Jack up car, put oil pan in place.

4. Crawl under car, remove drain plug.

5. Forget that there is a lit cigar in your mouth.

6. Accidentally drop cigar into oil pan.

7. Observe reaction of fire and oils.

8. Giant plume of flame and flying shrapnel destroys car and roof.

9. Get rushed to the hospital for treatment of severe burns.

10. After several months in convalescence, repeat.

Supplies: $50.00
Medical treatment: $5,000.00
Tarp to make roof "good as new": $20.00
Lightly-used car: $10,000.00

Keeping your masculinity: Priceless.

I'm sorry to bump a thread that's over 2 years old, but that is hilarious! I literally laughed out loud, and that doesn't happen too often when I'm reading stuff online!
