How to find out when cigars were made?

So I just got my first box of Cubans and have heard people talking about dates when they were made. Since they didn't come in the ... original box how does one find out?

You'ld have to ask your source. The box code is stamped on the bottom of the box.

In the future, you'll need to work out the details with the vendor before you buy them. There's a mighty slim chance you will find out what the date code is for you box. nNext time...ask for ir first and make a selection from what you are given.

Smoke one, if you like it smoke another. Otherwise let them sit for a while and then repeat step 1 :wink:

I have found that most ISOMs need 1 -2 weeks of settling time from their trip. YMMV.
