How to light a shaggy foot

My understanding is as follows:
Shaggy = Filler/Binder extends beyond the wrapper
Closed = Wrapper extends beyond the filler/binder and is typically bunched up around the foot.

You learn something new everyday. I have a black tubos and was wondering the same thing. Like they say the only dumb question is the one you don't ask.
