there are a few threads on this, but if a budget is a main concern I say get a bad ass fart fan, and hook it up to a small window and go from there

Windows would offer you a reasonably easy way to hook up and exhaust system. Ya know the little tiny ones you can't get out of if your being help prisoner by a crazy guy, like in the movies
