Man, just checked my 120 cooli and saw the humidity was like 74. Checked some of my smokes and they were pretty spongy. Did I do any long term damage????

You shouldn't have other then needing to dry box them for awhile. Some of the darker heavier smokes won't smoke well at that high of a RH. I know guys who like them at that high of a RH.

Oh good. Most are ok, but my cojonus were like sponges. Whew, Ron, that cab can't get here quick enough!

On a side note, can I dry box in a the cigar box for a day or 2? It doesn't seal that good, but I plan on smoking them Saturday night, at least I planned too.

68 in the cooli, not that much difference. I was just shocked at how spongy and just wet some were.

Bring everything down slowly imo. If your going to smoke anything this week, imo give it at least 3 days maybe more in a dry box. Also if it were me I would plan the next week of smokes out and place them in there all at the same time. Better to dry box a few "wet" ones and bring them down all slowly, then to put one wet one in a suck it dry.
