Go to the cigarette/tobacco checkout line and they should be at the end of aisle. At mine it is with other lighters and butane.

Same here, it a small package so you may have to look a little hard. Walmart some times crams the aisle.:lookaroun

They might be cheaper at walmart but I would rather support support someone else. Just personal preference though
