Guys, I'm posting this from my room on my Blackberry, so I hope it works.

My flight yesterday was delayed and the store was closed. I went there today. I swear, I almost teared up standing there. The aroma inside their humidor is incredible. Prices? Who cares. Its like going to Disney - pay and shut up. I did, and got some very nice smokes. I got a little of everything from Monte Robusto EL's, ERdM Choix Supreme, Vegas Robaina Pyramide (the box was in full bloom!) The girl was very proud of this one. I also got some Monte #2, Punch, and some others I can't remember right now. I'm heading downstairs to smoke a nice cigar with plume!

Ricardo, the guy traveling w me laughed his ass off. He kept saying I treated this place like it was sacred. He doesn't smoke, so he doesn't understand.

More when I get home. Gotta figure out how to remove these bands for travel home later this week.

I make the trek to LCdH Vancouver BC, it just don't get better than that. How did the prices run there, I just bought a few from the north a month or two ago I picked up a R&J EL petite torp for about $17 US and a Vegas Robiana robusto for a little less.

In my opinion VR surpasses anything with less than 6 years. The cigar is a cut above.

Well, in spite of everyone's suggestions, I decided to bring them out myself! I managed to get the bands off with only one problem and it's not torn too badly either. The really special one's came off fine, so I'm really happy there. The EL bands peeled off like butter. I laid them all carefully in my Caddy and brought them right home with me...I mailed the bands, though. No way I was getting caught. I had to trash the tubes that some came in, and that sucked! I did get to smoke some nice smokes while there, though.

As for the night I was going to smoke that little plume covered beauty, it didn't happen. I went down to the bar, ordered a drink and sat down to smoke it. Before I clipped it, my tummy started to feel sort of wierd, so I passed on it...I ended up sick as a dog from the altitude. I guess I had too many smokes too early in the trip. Spent the entire night in the john and still had to play golf with customers the next day...horrible 24 hours!

Anyway, I'm back and trying to work through the posts from the week...Damn, you guys talk a lot! Good to be home...
