Iced Sake

I've had some Gekkeikan iced sake with a couple of smokes lately and have really been impressed with how it cleanses the palette. It really neutralizes the taste buds for the next draw.

Normally I drink it hot so this was a pleasant surprise.

Thanks for posting this. Sort of the opposite of a pairing but I agree it would cleanse and be almost refreshing with a smoke.

Thanks for the info, never tried the "Iced Sake" before, I'll have to give it a try.
