i got this from my friend brett. thanks brett!
an impressive looking cigar. nice heft to it,very firm with coffee and spicy tobacco smell
punched and torched, and it lit right up. coffee with a milder spice than i expected, and a nice tobacco flavor that i want to call earthy anise, but let's smoke some more to be sure
very nice draw and burn with lot's of smoke that's easy on the retrohale.
still have the coffee going,,but the anise has turned to more of a light leather. the tobacco is still earthy and i'm diggin' it so far
ok,the anise ain't totally gone. i gets hints of it when i retrohale, along with a little cedar. it goes well with coffee.light leather and earthy tobacco. the nice looking light grey ash fell right after this pic
it's another great day for a cigar
almost halfway and the anise has faded again, and the leather has picked up a bit.
still enjoying the taste of coffee. the tobacco is a little sweeter tasting, the spice has faded, and it's getting a little creamy
about 2/3 with a nice creamy leather and light coffee taste up front, followed by a sweet earthy tobacco flavor.
it's really coming together nicely
zilla! that's not funny!
been steady smoking and enjoying the same great flavors.
fantastic draw and burn the entire time
last couple of inches and a little of the spiciness has returned along with another taste of cedar to join the creamy leather coffee and sweet earthy tobacco flavors
a joy to the nub! finished with more spice than it started with.
coffee was there the entire time. leather came and went, but finally stayed at the end.
tobacco was more cedary than earthy with less sweetness and more kick at the finish
a med-full bodied cigar that i enjoyed for about an hour and a half. definitely should be on your must try list!
hope you enjoyed the review!
