BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over time BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

I'm a die hard Vikings fan. I hope Favre ends up playing for the Vikings for 2 reasons:
1) He is a better alternative then the 3 losers they have.
2) It would piss off Packers fans.
I would love to see this resolved but if Farve has a problem with his shoulder I would rather wait until he feels he is ready or he can't do it.

I'm a lifelong Vikings fan as well. I hope we do get Favre as well. Because, as my brother so eloquently put it--it would PISS OFF THE PACKER'S FANS!!
But also, the Vikings have a notorious reputation for taking QBs that everyone else has thought to be washed-up and turning them into great QBs if not league leaders:
Jim McMahon
Warren Moon
Randall Cunningham
Brad Johnson
I think we can do it again! The team just does well with an experienced if not as quick-on-the-draw guys at the helm.

For a long time!
It really wouldn't piss me off. Brett is a big boy, he can do what he wants. If he wants to beat up his aging body more, that's up to him. He is not the same QB that he was 10 years ago.
Doesn't matter who the Vikings get for a QB this year ... with Childress in charge, they will always be stuck in that big area between a playoff caliber team and the 2008 Lions.
In other words, they will be average at best.
