Apparently up on the 19th floor of our building some guys doing maintenance were cutting some steel and set fire to a bit of insulation. It made for a rather interesting smell throughout all 20 floors of our building. At first we were giving people crap about leaving their popcorn in the microwave for too long. That was until they told us to get out. One guy almost passed out in the elevator on the way down. After milling about for about 15 minutes outside they told us it was cool to go inside even thought it still smelled terrible and gave me a headache. I took an earlier lunch just to get out of it for awhile. It is half way tolerable now... still smells like burnt ass...
