I made a trade for some AF Anejos and I received two torpedos and they both have the same dimensions, both torpedos, both look like maddies but they aren't, both have the reserva xtra viejo name, both about 5 7/8ths but one has a cedar wrap and the other doesn't.....

What is the difference.......sorry for the newbie question but I can't figure it out and its driving me crazy:argh:

The are the only ones that are 5 7/8. They are a Torp, well more of a Perfecto, but have a box press on them. I do not know of any Shark that ever had a cedar wrap on them, though.

the 55 is the other torp, it is 6x55, compared to the Shark's 5 7/8x64 a the tail. The 55s are shipped with cedar sleeves. I do know some people who take their cedars out, though.

Thanks guys,

Both came in cello, so I was really having a difficult time figuring how I can have two different types of torpedos when I think the anejos only have one available.

Yall rock...:assaultri

Ted,

That is the cigar that I got....I guess I got a 55 and I am almost certain that the other is that shark. The guy I traded with is the Administrator at cigarutopia, so I will confirm with him.

Again, I appreciate all the info guys..........

No matter, what they are great cigars, especially if you can force yoursel to put them away for a year, or even better two.
