I'm around that weekend. If you are staying in the Greektown area, you probably don't want to be navigating all over the suburbs. The best places to meet up, IMO, would be either Tesa Cigars or Up/Down Cigar shop. Iwan Ries not only sells you a cigar they charge you EXTRA to sit in their smoking lounge with it. Screw them. Web sites for these two places are

Wow, I like Iwan Ries. Very nice place in the City. While I Haven't been to Biggs, I keep hearing what a nice place that is as well.

I'd be up for meeting most anywhere, assuming I can make it. Sorry I can't commit right now either:(. Will try to remember about this as the time approaches.

I like Iwan Ries, too, as a shop. But I won't buy a premium cigar from them and then pay to smoke it in their lounge as a matter of principle. It's a membership lounge and they charge non-members to use it. At Up/Down or Tesa, just buy a cigar and enjoy. I don't know about Biggs.

I'm just tossing out locations I like not toofar from Greek Town, that's all. If you like Iwan Ries and don't mind the lounge charge, by all means, set up a meeting there.

Burning leaf stores are great ... but the nearest one to Greek Town is 45 minutes away--in good traffic. Bostoneo, will you rent a car, or are you staying downtown and using taxis? If you'll have a car, any place is good. If you are using taxis, you'll want to stick with (I think) Iwan Ries, Up/Down Cigars, or Tesa Cigars, or a Chicago cigar bar. Here is a link to several bars that allow cigar smoking. Google maps will let you know how far they are.

I just mentioned it since W.B. seems to spend a lot of time there.

I like Tesa since they have great stuff that you can't get elsewhere.

There is also always casa de montecristo.
