Started my infinity bottle yesterday, if true to form it will become a tangled mess pretty soon with whatever is leftover. But as a start I figured a “sweet and spicy” wheated rye would be interesting.

Bottom quarter of a makers bottle and a majority of a Bulleit rye 375ml to start.

Any one else have an interesting mix-up or infinity mess?

Cheers

last half of a shot or so from every bottle goes into mine - Anything goes (bourbon, scotch, irish) except i leave the peated scotch its own infinity bottle. Its actually quite tasty, as it has taken on a kind of sweet fruity character due to a heavier mix of sherried scotches it now has

I’m working on an all Japanese IB at the moment. Most are blends anyway, so not sure how interesting it’s going to be.

Here is what I had in my one and only attempt. I thought it was pretty good. Was able to pick out attributes from pretty much everything. Used a full jigger of each.

I'm another in the 'last shot or two' camp.. pretty much everything in one (bourbon and Irish), scotch in another... But, only if it was something I felt was worthy of going in the mix. None of the experimental cheapos go in except a little EW BiB if it gets too sweet.
