I would say the vendor is suspect. First off a Canadian vendor offering Punch cigars is a big tip off unless perhaps they ship from Switzerland. Second, those prices look awefully low.

It was a gift in 2003 from one of my very big cuban expatriate customers that lives in Miami. The Esplendidos were marvelous after a year of age. Tasted real enough, but I had not seen the packaging before or since until today. It is a cool item to have in the office.

I don't know the whole story but it had to do with lawsuits over the use of the Punch name and Habanos SA did not receive a favorable ruling in the Canadian court system. As a result, Cuban Punch cigars are not sold in Canada. If you ever see a website selling Cuban Punch steer away from them all together.
