Interesting Samsung Galaxy 5 & Tapatalk Discovery

So i was wondering why i take a photo one day and tapatalk uploads it then the next day the file is too large?

I think i have it sussed, all photos with flash on upload no problem, dont use the flash and for some reason the file size is 4 times too big.

Hmm on my s3 if I try to upload a pic from my gallery to photobucket it wont but if I take the pic through the photobucket it loads fine
