It would make sense that we could let Jorge know before each shipment arrives if we wanted to do some swapping. For example, since Scott evidently wants to suck on a log, I'd be interested in sending my allotment his way in favor of picking up some of his normal stuff. Jorge's ok with doing the logistics.
Just need to set a guideline for when the swap needs to be sent to Jorge. I'd say that we need to let him know within 2-3 days of when he gets confirmation on the shipping. That way, when the package arrives, he can divy them up and get them in the mail without too mich delay.
