iPhone case

I guess this is the best place for this..

I got sick of having a clear blank case on my iPhone and a regular black one didn't suit me.. So I took my clear one and gave it an upgrade.

Here's the original clear case:

I'll get a pic up tomorrow of the phone with the case (it looks better when it's all together with the phone). I don't have another camera, so I couldn't get the actual phone and the case all at once, but it fits perfectly, and for a guy who usually isn't too creative or does this kinda stuff normally, I think it looks pretty good!

1. Absolutely! Go nuts!

2. Actually, it's not held in there with glue. The bands are all just scotch taped together and I laid it into the case and just put the phone in as well on top of it, kinda like a picture frame with the cardboard backing. My iPhone was just the backing holding it there. I though I would need to use glue or tape or something, but this seemed to have worked and I figure don't fix what isn't broken.

That's very cool. Good thinking. My iPhone has been out there, going comando for a couple years now.

I'm replacing it with the Iphone 5 this summer. I'm going to start making preperations to do somethng like this.

Nope, no glue. Just put it in the case and added the iPhone. Worked shockingly well.

I've been downloading scans of bands, and messing around with gimp (free photoshop alternative), to make a printable sheet to insert into the case.

I prefer Zagg as they're very durable. You can create/customize anything you want and good for iphone, ipad and android phones.
