BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE
Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

(will also trade cigars for homemade jerky)
Yeah, i have tried alligator, ostrich and kangaroo jerky from them. It can get pricy though.

I have made lots on venison jerky using HiMountain jerky kits. The pepper blend was my favorite. I would cure for 2 days and then smoke/cook it in my smoker with charcoal and hickory. Better than most jerky you could buy. I would rotate the batch after 1 hour and and pull after 2 or so hours.
There is a Jerkey Company in California, American Gormet Products. Yes they have a web-site.
If you want Hot Hot Hot, order their Dragons Breath. It so Hot it will get people attention.
