homebrewers, Im looking for a good european lager recipe orcnadian lager recipe. Id like tobrew one up soon as to be ready for labor day for my father. Any good spanish lagers would be a help to.

You got a fridge for lagering already? I'm jealous. Maybe when I move I can get one. If you don't have a fridge you might look at a california common aka steam beer. There are liquid yeasts from white labs like san fran lager yeast that work at higher temps.
