Sounds good. We eat a lot of really late meals, so I'm no stranger to grilling this late. My favorite was when we were working overnights and would be grilling dinner foods at 7AM when people are just waking up. Sitting outside the with a beer and a burger at the crack of dawn is great ( =

Nice I'm prepping for tomorrow thinkin salmon corn on the cob and asparagus (all grilled) someone came up with the idea of a champagne cookout lol

I thought you would have some BBQ on the grill if it was that early/late. What's your lighting situation? I use a headlamp and take a ribbing from the wife & kid everytime. I'm thinking of getting one of those ball caps with the lights built in.
