Jose is awesome. I did an interview with him last year and it was supposed to be a minute or two and ended up being almost 10 mins. He is one of the most knowledgable, down to earth and all around great guys in the business.

Really love the line "someone told me to make a 10x100 cigar and call it 'enough'".
