July 4th Eats?

We are planning on serving:
Apps: Doodads, Poppers & a Big Fatty
Sides: B*tchin Saucy Beans, Colonel Cornell's Coleslaw & Kiss Yo Momma Potato Salad
Entree: Smoked Beef Brisket, BBQ Chicken and V&V Sausage
Deserts: Whatever everyone is bringing and some home made vanilla ice cream (yumm!)

Dang this is making me hungry! Only 5 more hours to go on that brisket!

So what's on the menu at YOUR house?

Grilled thick cut pork chops, grilled spicy corn, creamy cucumber salad. Have to wait for the temperature to drop below 100 before lighting the grill, so lots of beer and cigars until then!
