I'm leaving with some friends around 10:30am. I doubt we'll get there in time to do some tailgating. I plan to run by john's after the game.

dude, I'm pretty sure he was there. he was even teaching one of the old guys on the other side of the tree how to dance. he was also trying to rap along to john's system as he was in line to use the porta shitter.

I know the beer bong guys personally, Joseph and JT, they are renting the RV with us to head to Pasadena.
I do not have a problem joining up for the Championship, but JT and Joseph would be there as well.
I am currently trying to find out info for tailgating at the Championship and when we can get setup. Also, where we should be at. The location may be a gameday decision!

yeah, jt is cool. he's the one I bought my ticket from, right?
the parking at reliant opens at 8am and it's $20 per vehicle. we are planning on parking just two cars there and everyone else will park at a nearby fiesta and walk on over. john do you want to meet up with us in the morning and convoy over to the lot? there is NO overnight parking.
outside of the parking lot, there's nothing in the vicinity where you could set up a tailgate without getting chased out of a hotel, grocery or apartment complex parking lot.
does anyone know anyone with a tv set-up? one of my friends has a coleman generator, but it's pretty loud. I may buy one of those quiet honda ones.
