  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

    Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Well, it's looking likely I will be taking a journey to Outlaw South this Saturday. I will have the BuggyMan in tow!

Any BOTL brothers interested in meeting up? I will likely try to get there very early on Saturday (they open at 9), just in case my wife has anything planned for me Sat. evening. :drool:

But would love to meet up with anyone interested. I think Bob is going to meet us there... but please, don't let that stop you from joining. :glassesgr

I might be able to swing by if it's that early. Grilling crab legs and steaks for my moms birthday, so most of the afternoon is filled up-but I'll see what I can do.

I'll try to make it on saturday. By the way, I'll be up at Outlaw South tomorrow(Thursday) night around 7:30/8pm with some friends so if anyone else is going to be up there. Whats the word on the "adult beverages" at outlaw south? I haven't brought anything there before but I remember something about you being able to bring in drinks so long as they stayed in the back area and you poured in into their cups. Anything more specific than those details that we have to worry about? Unwritten rules about it? Outside cigars(some originally purchased there/some not)?

Place your beverage in the giant refrigerator, and pour into a nearby cup. Enjoy whichever comfy chair you choose. I rarely smoke anything I buy there (or at any B&M), as I always like to let new cigars rest in MY humidification for a while, but I always buy a few out of respect, and to pay for the space I'll be occupying.

It's one of the rarest sightings in the cigar world. I have been witness to it a few times and even have some photographic evidence. The experts say they're fakes :dunno:.

What an awesome day!!!

Dan and I rolled into KC yesterday morning, enjoyed some great smokes, some great company, and some great food!

We met with Bob, and got the pleasure of meeting Krishna, a super nice guy! And Bob, well... he's Bob. LOL JK! I love the opportunity to hang out with Bob, and other great Brothers! I truly wish I lived closer to KC.

Then, to top it all off, Bob treated Dan and me to a great lunch at Mr. Gyro's!

I want to thank all 3 of you great guys for making my bday weekend so terrific!! I truly appreciate it!

And to top off a great day, I got a very thoughtful call from the Angry one on my drive home! I appreciate him taking time to wish me a Happy Birthday, especially with a lot of stuff on his mind, lately.
