A fellow homebrewer gave me the idea to take a chest freezer and use it for a keezer that hold one or two 5 gal kegs and you build a small chamber in there to hold one fermentation vessel. Then you would need a separate temp contoller and warming blanket wrapped around the fermentation vessel. Has anyone done this or something similar before? Any Info would be great!
