  • BOTL UPCOMING MAINTENANCE

Hi Everyone, as mentioned in my introduction post, BOTL needs quite a bit of updating, patching and whatever else I might come across. Over the next few weekends BOTL may be unreachable on occasion as I do migrations or updates, etc. Just be patient - we'll be back! I'll generally try to keep these maintenances until later in the evenings.

Interesting as it would be something cool to try but only if the lion died of old age lol.

It is kind of sad they have a farm to kill these beautiful animals....

I believe his name was Simba.....

Mufasa was his dad, and Scar was a mean uncle...

back to the subject at hand. Who cares if he serves Lion. It was farm raised, not poached.

A buddy of mine and I attended a big game meat and beer festival a few years back at Irvine Meadows. It was like $60 to get in and all the meat and beer you could eat/drink.
just to name a few...

Buffalo, lion, elephant(no good), gator, roo, several bears, snake, zebra, mountain goat...and the list went on. There were a ton of tree huggers outside the gates yelling at everyone going in. We just smiled and then filled our bellys to the brim.

Everybody likes to save the 'pretty' animals. I don't see anything wrong with this - it's a farm-raised product no different than beef, pork or chicken.

I grew up in a Portuguese home and we ate home raised & slaughtered goat, duck, rabbit, suckling pig, whatever - and every part of it. If it's meat, I'll try it!
